Work Culture is one of the Best in the Industry. Management is good and understands employees problems. Company is good in terms of Job Security as well.

No increments, No promotions, No variable pay, job was there but no guarantee.. 2days short term weekoff without pay.

Dislikes

there is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but not as per market standards. No fixed work location.

it is very good Company for Employment and all.

Dislikes

Growth is slow,the work pressure is very high and I have to work 14-18 hours in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening & late night.Manager are not qualified and training is required.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
