Karl Tata is my boss and he is a great person and awesome to work with.

Dislikes

They just find an excuse/ reason not increase ur salary let it be anything. Bonus is peanut. No system at all. Then there are few senior people who want to cut save the company's cost even by putting expired snacks or not giving any basic facilities to employees. Problem is HR is helpless coz CEO is happy till the time money is saved.

Likes

There is no hierarchy in the organization, no work delegation and no appraisals. You are at the mercy of the MD, if he likes you, you might get a raise. Unprofessional culture and intimidating MD, reminds you of a colonial era. The worst part is the HR personnel are dumb and employer centric, act like puppets. Bad place to work,

Dislikes

You are hardly given a hike but during bad financial times your salary is cut as a contribution towards the crunch, its a weird process.

Likes

Not adaptive for new technology, no fun activities, no celebration, no arrangement when natural calamities arises like flood- I stayed on platform in 2019 when all commutes are closed, lower level employees not allowed to being vocal about their issue they faced on professional front they are removing people on the spot, HR is namesake and never took stand for workers

No yearly appraisals except sales team No cultural activities No induction No celebration and appreciation

The work environment was good, the seniors are really helpful.

As the name of designation Project trainee, we are actually not trained but asked to work as any other employee which makes a negative impact in our CV as we are just like any other employee named as trainee
