Asset management head - Mahesh Arali - another fungus of politics - knows nothing - speaks everything. He has ensure to fully support CEO in failing this once amazing company. 3. Both it them has paralyzed the complete system to ensure that old and trusted employees are out from organization and they can bring their people . 4. No company survives or make profit by firing people . People make company . They are complete failure to company and entire fraternity . 5. Surin Nandi - AGM . ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
