Though it is small company, work culture is really good except in Order Management. its good for fresher who wants to kick start their career, not for experienced ppl

... 3 leads being sacked within a month because they want to see some good changes. every alternate sat would be working but they pay good amt for it. in my 8+ yrs of professional career experience i have never seen such bad management who do not want to grow/build team or company to next level. So its upto you to decide you want to build career or work for money!!!

Everything working here feels like working in jail. No work life balance at all. No salary hikes and no bonuses. Just keep working 24 hours and keep quiet. Bad working environment.

It’s a very good place for an individual to grow and learn, everyone is very supportive and positive which is good because there is no micro management

Dislikes

There are days where the management goes really tense which is in turn showed on you but this is a rare off.

They never pay you the sallary, they will collect all the data and fire you, when you ask about your sallary they will say I left that company pls to talk to the hr, but no body will respond to your number as they will put your number in block list. Pls dont join and dont waste your time, look something other company

Work Life Balance was quite good. People are normally very eager to help and friendly

1. Lazy Management 2. Terrible recruitment policy, they cant fill up a single position in months 3. Terrible skill in the higher level. 4. one of the teams which I was not part of got laid off entirely
