Management is disorganized,leading to a lack of planning & execution. HR is incorporative & often blames employees for problems instead of providing solutions. There is a lack of clear goals & objectives, leading to unproductive work.

Workers here are absolute trash. A tall black guy(worker in azorte) in Pune, Amanora mall treated me and my friend really bad. He accused us for stealing clothes even though all the clothes were in their place in the changing room right in front of them. That tall black worker started chasing us out of nowhere when we were exiting Azorte and said that my friend's single piece is cant be seen. She literally handed over it to a female worker right there in the changing room and they all were looking at us in a very weird and strange look as if we actually stole it. I hope that guy gets fired and all the other worker in azorte in pune amanora branch because they treated us really terribly.
