Dear new participaint's, I would like to adress some pressing concerns regardingthe internal politics within our Bhopal Azimpremji organization (Azim Premji Bhopal university), specificallyrelated to the treatment of new employess. 1.There seems to be significants political maneuvering by long-standing employees, which negativaly effacts newcomers. 2.Many oldest emplooyess have been making comments to senior managment withouta thorugh understanding of the issues at hand. 3.It appears that some incopetent senior staff are sidestepping their commitments to more capable individuals. 4.The foundation seems to present a facade of success, akin to a large balloon-impressive in size but lacking in substance and genuine happiness. 5.The behavior of veteran employees is becoming a reflection of the orgnization,s culture. 6.Despite being graduates of top universities, many seniors staff lack proper managment experience, especially within the unique cultural context of the Bhopal campus, a leading to a toxic wotk enviroment. 7.Sevral competent senior staff members have resinged under the pressuer from these political dynamics, often without clear resons provided. 8.It's concerning that payroll issues have persisted for over two years employees without resolution. 9.Overall, this situation is quite embarrassing for both experienced and new employees, leading me not to recommend joining this foundation, particularly in the Bhopal location, as it feels detrimental to one's career. I believe it is important fur us to address these issues to foster a more supportive and collaborative workplace. Thank you for the considering thes points
