Salary structure is same as other companies. But 1st and last thing, there is no job security there. Full of politics. False statements of some old people can harm your career.

...l cycle now follows a May to May schedule, resulting in a delay of seven months. Additionally, I have been utilizing my personal device for work (due to COVID) without receiving any compensation.

Giving interview here is waste of time. Given 2 rounds of interview then hr said you are selected . I am sharing offer letter. Then next day she said you will have to give one more round of interview. After that round Hr Alisha Yadav not picking up the call also there no response of my mail from company side.

Working people hard to complete work and project and management give zero increment end of the Year. Work day and night to achieve very very tight dead line and VP come and tell you are take too much time 40 page application just in 1 month with new technology 2 developer are enough. If you think your are do that then go I saw there too much politics play CEO tells us we have employees 1st then client and then that's again tell manager to whatever ask for weekend do 12 hour job but I need complete as client want. And after that completion no appreciate and not even giving increment at end of they year. I saw people get only 2k increment and also zero who work day and night. Vary vary bad place to work please find another company.

Very bad management manager friends get awards and reward only. Management always listening Managers No personal life they call you Saturday morning and you have to come office or work remotely On leave you have to work if they call and full year you should atleast 15 weekend spend in office Very very cheap thought of Vice President they ask for night meal bill to check you eat 150 aur less then that. If people work for company still the night they you should give some respects and facilities.
