1. Employee benefits completely nil (like bonus,medical, arrivals, rewards) 2. Salary credit from third parties not from with company name.it is very important thing here because you are not eligible for taking a loans and etc... 3. Too much of on-site audits 4. Buddy system will not following.

I feel there is no dislikes, some policies need to implement, management working on that

in 2018 it was a good working culture and team mates are very good supportive, and we learn to more skills and knowledge by team leads.

job security is very poor. Even if your resign your duties they stop the your financial settlements.
