They don't pay well, the culture is not that great, no learning, for a few candidates what I heard is they will tell you that you are selected and asked to send documents, and after sending the docs to HR they come back and say you that either you will have another round or not selected. They are playing with people, especially a couple of guys from Kochi and Bangalore managers and business heads. They are not good. My request is please don't join this pathetic company.

Micro management and office politics at peak, compensation not as per market standards, worst appraisals; always short of resources which results in other employees doing bulk of the work. No appreciative managers. Dont consider going onsite it is worse.

Thankfully I have got best manager who have enough patience to teach something if you don't know something. Team is good, but tech stack is really old. I'll always be grateful for my job. But truth is truth.

I didn't get any benefits apart from my salary till now. But yes! domain knowledge I gained. I'm thankful for that. But good compensation and other benefits none.

Absolutely no transition / KT. u will be posted on job on your first day. Manager won't support you. Manager only wants work to be completed, it's ok even if it is inaccurate.

Good for freshers, liberty to explore different domains and roles. Flexible work locations.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Unfair and baised appraisal cycles. Internal salary discrepancies are observed. Huge employees iterations. Poor employee well being and welfare benefits. HR are always unapproachable. Over poor work satisfaction, unexpected from MNC like Azentio.
