Azara Secondary School is a very big school with big numbers of 1650. It has the ability to develop and grow in terms of technology. We are no longer using chalkboard. Technological advance ( Smartboard , teacher's laptop and tablets for learners). The school always send teachers for workshops quarterly especially the English department to empower us with the curriculum . I am part of the nutrition committee, where the Department of education supplies food for the learners from the disadvantage families. I am the netball coach and librarian. Azara Secondary School is based in an Indian arear. It accommodate learners from various cultural backgrounds. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. That makes me able to work with people from different caliba.

Dislikes

Compensation is very discouraging. There's no growth in terms of post . Same environment .. I have the ability to raise funds and organise Learners educational tours to see different attractions in their arear and the surroundings. Azara Secondary School never give me that opportunity.

Department of Education is a governtment agency focuses on education here in the Philippines. The government of the Philippines has full of promising to the department. Since this catered for the future of every Filipino. Being a School Nurse is part and integrated to every curriculum. Being partner and care taker with the health of every pupils. We ensure that every student have complete physical, emotional, mental well being and not merely the absence of disease.

About the salary and the benefits of every health personnel neglected.

I love teaching because it is my skills to transfer what I have learned. But I also like to work as School Head because I also experienced managing the school.

Though I enjoy working at the Department of Education, I sometimes feel of low salary.

New innovative methods of teaching learning process are being used day by day in schools. Both the teachers and students are benefiting from new technologies and smart teaching methods.

Nothing about this department is disliked or unsatisfactory.

It provides training every year for career development. Theres a harmonious relationship among co workers

Dislikes

teachers are no longer respected by some students due to the rghts of the child that make them disrespect the teacher.
