The company truly care about its employees growth both technically and financially, Management is very supportive and especially the Managing Director Nitin Singla, is very cool and calm he understands the employees concerns and work as team, for him every resource is an asset. I am happy to work with Azalio Technologies.

Company culture is not good. A hostel or school type polices. No freedom at work and you will treated like inside a jail. Strict working hours. 6 days working no benifits.

There's no work life balance, you will get to work even on Sundays without wondering about your personal life.

Dislikes

Work life balance, culture of rebuking on mistakes rather than helping to learn those. Internal Politics will let your motivation down even if you are having good skills.
