Don’t have proper sources and low job security present situation and all are Indians manger’s that’s wy main problem bcoz they are preferred first his home location people’s and supporting and increment ‘s.

Salary is on time every month and there is overtime also after 8 hours of working.

Growth is very less, don't expect appraisals, managers changes too frequently so you are like a new person to the new manager everytime

Aytb company is one of good company here in middle east i dont have any problem regarding in housing food and transport.refarding duties all our needs special ppe's well provided and also medical assistance is fast

Refarding salary is very small and the increase is only for those who have near for management and othere personnels

Nothing is there to like about AYTB. I cannot blame the company AYTB is just a name of the company the worst thing in here is the management, they are not responsive and there behavior is like hell and they will treat you like scumbags. They don’t even care you are sick or you don’t have anything in your accommodation, they will just threaten you just for complaining about the things which you really don’t like and the coordinators on the camp are illiterate, they don’t know how to handle manpower and how to talk and keep a polite behavior from the people they are earning from. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE IN MY CIRCLE TO COME AND JOIN AYTB. YES I CAN SUGGEST SOMEONE FROM WHOME I WANT TO TAKE REVENGE LOL 😂

Worst experience within my entire career...never ever try to join AYTB, its better to try somewhere else by keeping yourselves idle until another job offer.

Unskilled and Unprofessional top management, Improper Planning, lack of proper tools and tackles and other necessary equipment's.
