There is no any major problem, but only 1 thing that i would honestly request the company management to change the salary policy for the Diploma engineers. The current salary structure is notsatisfactory according the expenses of today's life.

Reporting to admin assistant manager that lady does not have sense to talk to his subordinates, continuously shouting at me, she behave very bad towards his dept, management should take action about that lady. This things are not going till management

Allover company it's fair. Payout kaam hai . 12hr only 400/- ( fireman) Hr division are fully attitude Safety policy and culture are not good because of safety ast manager communication skills 3rd class.. to staff and workers , fireman ...! And i think he not competitive person too grow company safety culture.. because of he never take safety round.. sometimes he take round and collect observation bt not completed. Batter company take competitve person! And major think of my point of view fire naver growt in this company. And last think! Supervisor behaviour not good.. If possible to check safety department re verification documents !

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
