...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

One of the worst company. No growth no increments, working till 11 mid night also no growth. Unprofessional they make to work very hard. managers Don’t respect their employees. Work hours are 12 hrs per day and more then that. Overall not a good organisation to work

In offer letter they mention one month notice period but for giving reliving letter HR will say to pay 2 months salary after serving notice period it’s like a fake company

Salary structure is quite good. Salary credits on the last day of the month which is good.

Company culture is bad. Work culture is bad. Maximum employee especially the sales people are so ill behaved. They Don't know how to talk with a Regional Technical Manager. Bad attitude. Work life balance is not there to maintain. Work has no time limit.

Dislikes

The work culture here is extremely toxic, and it's severely affecting personal balance and life outside of work. We are constantly called in on weekends without receiving any compensatory time off or additional pay. This environment is unacceptable, especially considering that these decisions are being made by senior leaders who should be setting a better example.

I don't have q negative comments I must say only positive things if you will experience then u have to decide what are the disadvantage in the company.
