The work culture here is extremely toxic, and it's severely affecting personal balance and life outside of work. We are constantly called in on weekends without receiving any compensatory time off or additional pay. This environment is unacceptable, especially considering that these decisions are being made by senior leaders who should be setting a better example.

Nothing to like in Aye finance .the oy good thing you will get is salary on time .else your life will be i hell if you join is sq department .there are lot of politics .R&R is a a myth because the always play with data and give to only there favourite employees the benifits .the manager and the management never help you. Even they cheat in great place to work survey as you can't fill it by your own you have to fill it as per your manager . Cheap politics at it's peak .even women's are not safe working as the Hod and managers are always ready to take advantage of them .

Salary structure is quite good. Salary credits on the last day of the month which is good.

Company culture is bad. Work culture is bad. Maximum employee especially the sales people are so ill behaved. They Don't know how to talk with a Regional Technical Manager. Bad attitude. Work life balance is not there to maintain. Work has no time limit.

Management is very bad. No one is able to listen your voice. I have given 5 years and 6 months to the company but company didn't gave me 5 year Gold Coin gift i asked many time with my seniors and Hr but no one gave reply me. One of my colleague gave 5 years and 1 month to the company but his HOD gave him Gold coin gift even my colleague joined another company. His HOD called him and said come to branch and get your gift. But my HOD have no time to reply me on mail. Company Management did partiality with me. Also company didn't gave me my 2022 FA year PL encashment. I have sent lot's of mail and msgs to hr and my senior but no reply.
