1. No one wants to take responsibility 2. Too much politics 3. No new learning for your career 4. People are not trust full 5. Company vision is not clear what they really wanted to do 6. Company always doing silly mistake that is causing bigger impact in future 7. Hod have different approach and no one is accepting single approach, thier decision is always changing 8. Every boss is not happy with thier boss and they will try to put all the pressure on your head and going to scold you without any reason. 9. They always find a person on whom they want to blame thier mistake
