Dislikes

Most of the employees had to work on weekends, late nights also, but, No comp off facility. They didn’t even had Sodexho facility, NPS till we insisted HR for tax savings. But NPS was mentioned in offer letter without org having NPS. Now, they started NPS as few employees left due to not having comp off, NPS & reimbursements. No reimbursements of any sort & tax outgo is very high. No employee benefits like any other product based companies.
