Don't get worry about salary hike, they provide good salary promotion at the time of appraisal. Definately if you work for a year or two you will learn a lot here, your career growth would be better comparatively from other companies.

School like culture complaints and blames system, they are not ready to share there knowledge among new candidates. Only partiality would be there. It means overall like chatu type se rah sakte ho then it would be great. You can survive. Else you will resign by self or you will get fire.

They don't like to hire or retain their resourceful employees. Just want servants who can do anything that they tell them to. The company doesn't trust the work of their employees and rather trusts the rumors and take stupid action accordingly

Its been nice working with Axtrum solutions. A good company to work with continuous growth opportunities. Everyones ideas and thought are highly appreciated and motivated. Axtrum has a family like environment where everyone is down to earth personality.

Nothing as such. It's a small sized company 60-70 people and everything is good about it . Keep doing ur work and chill till whenever
