Don't get worry about salary hike, they provide good salary promotion at the time of appraisal. Definately if you work for a year or two you will learn a lot here, your career growth would be better comparatively from other companies.

School like culture complaints and blames system, they are not ready to share there knowledge among new candidates. Only partiality would be there. It means overall like chatu type se rah sakte ho then it would be great. You can survive. Else you will resign by self or you will get fire.

Nothing, Job is a trap saying we are family. They don't need developer, they need "Dihadi ke majdoor"(people like construction workers who work on minimum wages). Don't go for this company, you will be tortured mentally and physically.

Nothing at all. Not even God can make me say I like anything about this company. You can think of anything, any term you think is good and company should have, it's not there. Nothing.

They don't like to hire or retain their resourceful employees. Just want servants who can do anything that they tell them to. The company doesn't trust the work of their employees and rather trusts the rumors and take stupid action accordingly
