Nothing is positive in this company. For girls they have everything and for boys they have nothing.

Hell experience in this company. There is one manager Manoj Samal who always run behind girls and treat them like his own property and the boys in his team are just like animals. His way of talk is like a person came from much backward area always use abusive language and taunt girls about their looks. He just want every member of his team to be dog for him. No matter what is the thinking of an employee, he always listen from girls and always neglect boys, He always praise himself as not a single person in the company praise him. Whenever any employee of his team resigns for the job he start to spread non-sense news about those employee and try to prove him a criminal. Mr. Manoj tujhe jeene ka koi ha ni hai tu bahut ganda insaan hai tu kabhi apni life mein khush nhi reh payega tunee mujhe bahut dukhi kiya hai... bahut royega tu bas ek bar tu mujhe mil ja bhagwan ki kasam tere samne kachra daalungi. tu bas yahi deserve krta hai ghatiya insaan.

There is no Job Security at all in this organization. There is no company policies, there is no work balance as I was part of IT working as System/Network Engineer everything is unplanned.
