I am working here since 6 years and find my job is secure. During pandemic the company has not deducted any salary and all staff has been paid in full. The management and HR is very helpful in all avenues

I am forunate to work with a client who doesn't want us to work overtime.

...- They don't give any clarification to our queries regarding company policies 3. Retention of salary - They have a policy where they will deduct 10% of our salary every month. They will pay us back this deducted 10% after 1 year but only for 9 months, rest three months they will take. This retentiin continues till we are employed there. 4. Leave - They have leave policy of sandwhich rule where if we take leave on friday and monday they will consider sat and sun as leave and will deduct salary. Also one casual leave is availed each month which can only be carry forward to one month. 5. Assets - They dont provide any assets (laptop). We have to use our personal phone for client and employee calls. They dont provide any reimbursement for internet for remote employees. Also they ask us to buy additional screen. All the expenses have to be bear by us. 6. Lack of internal control - All the communication are through whatsapp calls and they are very reluctant to reply over emails. Policies are not favour of employees. There is no PF. 7. Lack of communication and training - There is no proper training for our allocated works and they expect us to work 9 hours, if we take break we have to work extra.

POOR ADMINISTRATION WORK CULTURE IS VERY POOR WHATEVER THEY PROMISE, DOESN'T FULFILL 9 HOURS ON FLOOR WORKING WITHOUT ANY LUNCH BREAK NO LUNCH BREAK, WHATEVER TIME YOU WILL TAKE FOR LUNCH, THE TIME WILL BE EXENTED.

I like working environment at Axon as its like everyone working at home, very cooperative employees and management. I have seen first company where top level management is involved with employees for training, development, understanding their needs, grooming them to a standard and desired level. The policies are pre informed at the time of joining and the company stick to the commitments at the time of joining.

No job security, no work life balance they will tell saturday sunday off but max Sarurdays are working without extra pay and some sundays as well for which compensatory leave will be added but can take once they want not as per your requirement.
