Worst management team, Job details keeps on changing. All the managers are trying to (continuously improving) to impress the GM. Because of this they frequently change their version of words/job details for their subordinates. The global manager (GM) is from Europe, from his colonial mind-set, still thinks he is from the upper levels. He is very rude. According to his words, our Indian bucket managers also dance. Questioning/Discussion/Suggestions he wont accept. What he says is the right, if anybody so so, they will be out from the company. No job security. His decision change frequently. There is no proper system, JD. What he says is the JD, system , rules. He doesn't need talented managers to improve company goals and targets, but he just need buckets from all dept. (Even most of them are like only) He is using company like anything and enjoying his life and he has become half India (>50% he will be here). HR is totally waste. There is no job guarantee for anybody. Because of this everyone licks his spits. There is no unity even. If anybody want to join get feed back from friends or colleagues or any known persons about Axon Bangalore plant. Company was started almost 16years ago, still financially struggling to meet breakeven level, even though GM spend >50% of time in India and doing micromanagement. There is no healthy coordination and competition between management teams.

This is the worst company which I ever worked in my 13 years experience. Totally I was there at Axon for just 1.2 years only and there is no respect for the Emotional Things. Mainly the Leadership is very very worst who doesn't understand the issues of Employees.

I gone for interview, one of the globel head conducted interview..he started ask questions like Mad kind ..why are you coming here? If you joined here what you will do? He should decide those things..but he is asking me..and finally i said Axon is tha globle company..i can explore my talent and i can learn new things like that..but his reply is very worst he said if you want to learn you can go to school why are you coming here like that..its a worst interview experience..very very bad
