Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Poor management. No guidance for Freshers. Freshers are expected to be worked for 12 to 14 hours compulsory. No personal life. Just bound to work. No inner review before releasing for final machining. No one gonna help for new projects. If you are getting new project then you are on your own. If any fault occurs then it will be only and only yours. Terrible experience.
