Lack of training, harrasment candidate for work , lack of field help , managers are not supportive they just bark but don't motivate agency manager at every hour . Mentally torture the candidate for work and pressurized day night equally, call anytime without thinking it's an off or weak day holiday. Never think about personal life also the manager are shameless because they trespass their manager homes without intimation and do misbehave with everyone in office.
