Salary variations are too vast. Credit policies are poor and out of market competition. No job security. Pressure only on sales but credit is very stubborn and there is no pressure on credit for number and volune of business. Appraisal and promotion are rare.

Collection Manger should go to filed for each and every case & sales team also get huge presuure. Personal loan team no support. HL & LAP team support is appriciated

No one use any abusing language likes other's Nbfc . Your earning is on your hands,can earn incentive unlimited on sales . For uncecure loan you have the maximum responsibility like resi , office fi & sometimes collection. Overall it's a good for work place.
