...ointed payroll of axis finance from the teamlease payroll in this February 2020. and every employee get salary for 2 months in this lockdown.

There's no job security, in this June month they were transferring me in field work collection and all. At that time whole city was in the containment zone they said to go out, door to door service for customers or leave the job... During this senior also misbehaving with me....and saying give resignation before it company terminate you... I think that was a strategic planning. I'm staying in delhi on the rent how would I survive I'm jobless...

Dislikes

Salary variations are too vast. Credit policies are poor and out of market competition. No job security. Pressure only on sales but credit is very stubborn and there is no pressure on credit for number and volune of business. Appraisal and promotion are rare.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
