Company is not going to give satisfactory service to end customer so due to company is not growing. Company is also working wrong policies die to employess are not doing their best. Company is based on service facility but only working sales not in better service industry.

There is good environment to do work with colleges but the management team is not transparent, every one week company police are change, and they don't give salary hike and they don't give bonus every year

In this situation we find that company didn't help to their Employes . There no security of job. Also there no professional environment to develop your skills. And company doing fake commitment with Employes. This company is based on sales and services. But market reputation is lowest of this company. Wtight now 5 to 10 Engineer had left this company.
