Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

A lot of work pressure is here , so I don't suggest anyone to join . If we talk about career growth then it is very very slow and same as with your salary even .

Every thing is in average. Service and salary also good but it's depends on experience and employers requirements. Each and every company having lead role in politics and it's natural. Appraisal it's our own contribution in work and some time politics.

I like work with this company and also like to work in feature axis securities. It's depends on boss how he treat to employees. If his nature are bad no one can work longer.

It's terrible to work with AXIS SECURITIES LTD. as there has no such comfort & opportunity to work with. Also, there is no growth opportunity of career.

Though the work is much tuff but the managers didn't appreciate or satisfy as they demand more. Also, there is no on job training for the freshers.
