...very poor. Promotions & salary increment for low level executives is very bad. For Calling executives, even on low salaries like 8k per month they have to use personal mobile & sim card for calling on the data provided.

Axis Securities Ltd.is the subsidiary of Axis Bank having excellent work culture. During my Job I gained lot of knowledge regarding my job role. It will be very much helpful for my career growth.My team members are very much helpful and cooperative. Environment is also very good where I am working.

This company is well to see interms of work culture,compensation and benefits. But growth prospects is very slow which impacts directly to employees. The pressure is adjustable in comparison to other banking sectors.

It was my first job after my college. I find it more interesting. All my seniors and branch manager are very helpful. Today also I miss that office environment.

Since I was my first job, m had low salary, m find another job with salary high. So I switched in same field i.e securities (stock market) now I'm relationship manager reputed company

I have worked in credit card department there is a target if we did more cards we used to get Incentives that is the only thing I like in axis

For experience employees also they offer only 15000 salary per month.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.
