Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

it's axis Bank subsidiary which working with brand name of axis with good fundamental and reputation in market. I joined company as senior analyst working under the Team of Fundmanager and Director where I learn lots of things about analysis,like valuations,cost modeling, DCF , Management my own working under charted accountant team and technical analysis team . Various sectors secondary report managment meeting with many companies high profile Representative. Current time I am work 4000cr aum clients overall great experience.

According to designation salary factors and sometimes favouritism of higher authorities and Covid time cost cutting and salary cut and many of people lose job .job unsecure nature.

A lot of work pressure is here , so I don't suggest anyone to join . If we talk about career growth then it is very very slow and same as with your salary even .

This is best place for work,I was in the microfinance department there I learned lots of thing about Field, banking services. Also co-workers and upper management were very good. Here if you good in your work then here is excellent job security.I recommend if anyone want to join in Axis Security Limited,go ahead for bright future.

There is no any big deal but some improvement in salary of lower level staff .
