There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 year before which you cant resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

I have very good experience with axis bank. All sttaff are supporting. And very good culture. All staff very good..i miss my axis bank family at new job.

The basic salary is very low in credit card department . The minimum salary should be more than 18000. Thanking you

At this moment don't come and join this bank. You will hate with your decision. Tell everyone and your well wishers not join this bank right now coz almost all the people in this bank are looking after change.

Dislikes are many. Here HR role is zero bata sannata in your side. You can be a daily victim of politics and humiliation, salary is also not good in respect to job role and assigned jobs.

Thier training programs is very helpful during the work in axis bank Ltd. Job security is average & salary as compare to work is average.you can learn lot's of thing's during the work in bank their is no work life balance....

sales & operations both are involved at same time which is very difficult to manage..

Salary was a bit too less as per the work assigned and too much pressure for the achievement of targets. Also, growth is slow.
