Environment of work experience is nice, team work & training is good, salary on Time but it's never increase on the company, work timing it's nice ( 8 hours duty) ...

Salary is never increase in the company & job security is not there.

...nd really appreciate the considerable budget for new technology and initiatives. Excellent compensation and benefits. Futuristic and visionary owner.

Dislikes

Poor team spirit in executive committee. Directors are heavily compensated and have a lazy approach towards company initiatives. Personal ego takes precedence and hinders growth.

salary is not good no product knowledge and all audit is very difficult huge products maintain one staff cant able stable long time compare other telecom company

worst managers who treat staff as bugs nothing they cares of staff worklife balance, Mr.S*ji & Ir*an to safe thier seats they brutally not cared 22 staff resigned in 1 year of 43 staff. Still Mr. S*ji Senior Manager has not paid my 6K AED.

enjoy the teamwork and appraisal yearly basis or training about new launching products model vise share with team members under the supervisor guardian ship etc
