One of the wrost company ever.. no body comes to repair under warranty charger. Whenever i called to Shubhangi and Roza they do not pickup the phne. Service is really bad. We have moved in UTL EV charger. Already video shared on social media about Axiom company.

Distributor of e Rickshaw.. for last five days, i have charger, but no one comes. For last three days calling to Roza and Shubhangi both of them dont pickup the call.We cant wait for 8 days for charger repair...You guys are spoiling our market...Pathetic service ever... we have stop using axiom In varanasi, Prayagraj UP, and Gurgaon Haryana.

The people truly do make the company. For every bad egg there are 5 to drown them out.

Dislikes

Things are constantly changing and workers are expected to do more with less. People in multiple positions have been done wrong when it comes to bonuses. They do not train people in management to be managers and it leads to higher attrition than need be.

Company is very good but i think it's more than better how just change working policy and culture like give trening to employ trening to distributor Meeting with distributor and sales employ and should take the solution how to improve our sales

I am Ex ASM handling Vidarbha in this company, but honestly policy & lobby of this company is very hopeless,they want only primary,no worry about secondary also salary problem is so much ,my one month salary & two months expenses still pending towards this organisation since last 4years.,only positive think is having good products.
