The only thing i found good here is my team leader is supportive... Even you have to work on the week offs and they cut your salary without any reason... Just because they don't want to pay

They 1st need business from you... If you are fresher they won't value you... If you have experience then they will check your performance for 1 month and if you did any sales then they will continue with you... If there's no business then they will terminate you.

Company is HR is not supportive i join on fixed salary but after some time they transfer me in sales and deduct my salary in the month of March i did 5 sales but in month of April my performance was not good they gave me half salary and after discussion with team leader I got my Full salary after many calls to HR even they were not interested to attend the calls of mine and I circumambulate 3 times in a day they didn't provide my salary after that she said send a mail for salary then they provide me salary they make the new rules according there benifits and end of the day they gave me a document for signature in that document mentioned if company will shutdown by any chance company will not be liable to pay any incentive and salary this is for every one.

The Best Real Estate Company I have Ever Dealt with very professional, Experience And Helpful Agent and Broker Great Environment Clean and beautiful Office set up. And best part They care About there Client And train there Agents Frequently so they are Always Updated With what’s Going on in the Market 👍

Full Bakwas. No Policy exist at all. The MD is the first and Last word in the organisation. It’s not an organisation it’s a Family Business.

They offer fake & false offer, not even offer letter they just give Letter of Intent after taking long interview, fix one CTC during finalization of candidate but just before the date of joining w/o any notice they change your offered CTC saying there are emergency management changes & cheat candidate as now the candidate has already resigned from his/her previous company. This way they cheat people. Never even apply for this company
