The CXOs of the company are very transparent. You get to know about customer acquisition, bank balances & you get to ask questions on lines of where are we going as a company..your colleagues are smart.

Poor/ No appraisals for 2-3 years of work. No recognition for work that you do . Management will give you false hopes while hiring but will give random excuses when you ask for fulfilment.
