Good company to work and learn. They hired me and on emergency basis I had to ask for leave and my reason was genuine, so they understood it and released me peacefully. I wish all other should definitely give it a try and work there and grow company business with your skills.

Have been working with this organization for 3 years. Loved the organization overall alot. Learned lots of things, got expertise in my tech stack due to exhaustive work loads (which was correct for carrier building). The team and work culture is good, Open communications, flat heirarchy, transparency in most aspects of organization (except few HR related policies). Low Office politics, Would suggest freshers to join this organization, if they think they want to grow, even if it means giving 1-2 hours extra per day. Working days are Mon-Fri only, no work on weekends.

Dislikes

With time organization is growing and changing, and so are the policies. The organization used to be a lot more chill place earlier. But now there is more work load, and organization is lesser chill compared to earlier.

Positive work culture which I like the most with a focus on collaboration and respect. Job security is strong, with steady projects and clear roles. Appreciation and recognition for hard work are regularly given through various platforms.

As of now I haven't came across anything that I dislike about this company, but one thing I feel can be improved is the timely appreciation of employee's work and efforts.
