Nothing to like too much work culture is very bad And axalta coating savli site have dangerous plant hade

Dislikes

Plant head interfering in every department Company gives 5 day working but management doing 6 days without overtime and it’s compulsory to work 2 hours after shift end in first shift

Nothing Special except you get hybrid working

Dislikes

Office politics, Top management circulate video messages that they will fire employees to reduce workforce. The office is like horror movies one fine morning one person vanish. Top managment is not clear.
