...rn regarding the company's policy on notice periods during the probation period. Despite being on probation, employees are required to pay for the entire notice period upon resignation. Despite having a genuine reason for leaving, I was still required to pay for the full notice period, which I believe is both unfair and potentially unlawful.

As a organisation Axa was nice organization before 2 years. For learning prospective is very nice organization.

Dislikes

I was working in Axa from last seven year with good qualify. But there is no value of honest employees in axa. Managers are openly doing Selectiveness, partiality in team. Mostly things happening at the time of increament and promotion . There is no control on AM. Employees cannot raise issues to HR department because there no secrecy. Even there is no any employee Feedback policy at the exit time. But it's happening from last Two year only. Otherwise before two years it was very nice work place. Don't know what's happening in axa from last two years. Some managers are destroy axa work culture.

Its ok as a fresher but its not a serious company with competitive salaries. Promotion are gimmicks to stop employees from leaving the organisation there is not much of a monetary benefits. Almost all Managers are working in AXA from 15 years (born and brought in AXA) and there mentality in outdated.

Whole of the company itself starting months wil be very good to you but after few days u wil get to know the real story of what it is u have noo salary increment at all even after getting a excellent rating at appraisal u will just get a hike of 2k or 3k a year sooo if ur looking out just get a job and settle in a comfortable lazy life or just getting 22k for your basic needs you can definitely goo ahead

It is a nice and Excellent company, women centric company and shift timings are good. Employees are taken good care of. And other perks and benefits are also nice

Work culture is fine sometimes need to work more as per requirement which also good but need to be paid well
