Team and leadership ia very supportive and managers understand nad solves employees concerns. Amazing Work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. Salaries are very less compared to market standards. Promotion nad growth chances are very poor. No appraisal for two years

Even after deducting the Transport amount from salary still ask to wait 1hr Aftr shift... Horrible.. assign very high targets like 100 cases daily .. Ask to wait back and complete the work after shift

Its very good environment to work with axa and opportunities are there also.but come to the salary part that is too less.the management is not thinking & bother about employee economy & financial growth.

Good company to work and good work life balance..... No work pressure it's good work there but the only problem Compensation no proper hike otherwise it's good

- Multiple approvals dependencies for the Projects - Lack of Transparency - No clarity on objectives for few Strategic Projects and surprisingly some senior stake holders are not even informed on the decisions taken - So called Strategic Management is keen to keep existing people on bench rather than helping then to develop their skills they are looking for outside talent - Senior management should understand geographical and cultural differences and all practices will not work across entity
