...all experience with Axa was good. It helped me a lot to shape up my personality. Compensation was also good. A little bit politics in the management level but I feel is there in every company. Working hours and work atmosphere was good. Better job security. As there is consistency in business growth I got more things to learn and develop myself.

Team mates and upper management were good but the management directly responsible for the team or assisting upper management was not at all good and supportive.

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

...ts encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).

...ny as its worklife balance is very good and policies are also good management .. only things are skill devlopment should be a priority, and competitive salary should be given to deserving employees rest all aspect AXA is gooooooood good Goooood.

salary and appraisal not giving to much it happened accordingly your overall performance if all excellent then 10-15 % and successful then 5-10 % and below successful below 5% growth in the salary

AXA is good for only work, work and work. Thats it. Pressurized employees to complete work with Mandatory OT.
