The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I live the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Salary wise and hike wise the company is very bad. Every year they will increase 5-6% in the CTC.

...ts encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).

...ny as its worklife balance is very good and policies are also good management .. only things are skill devlopment should be a priority, and competitive salary should be given to deserving employees rest all aspect AXA is gooooooood good Goooood.

Working in AXA is good as the culture is moderate, immense support from management regarding education.

Very less in hand salary, No proper coordination among managers and team, in time of notice period the behaviour becomes worst of managers.

...ement is not that great. They have some or the other excuse each and every time. In terms of compensation people at lower level are offered very less and they get hardly 2-5% yearly hike so their salary remains in the same bracket and upper management is not at all concerned about that. Not that great place to work.
