Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There are so many work and no incentive . They are not look into cab service and there are limited KM service., after that employee go him self till home after they deduction for cab service.. Still they are not giving cab till home.

...rn regarding the company's policy on notice periods during the probation period. Despite being on probation, employees are required to pay for the entire notice period upon resignation. Despite having a genuine reason for leaving, I was still required to pay for the full notice period, which I believe is both unfair and potentially unlawful.
