There is no incentive here but a penalty of 15 days as a reward. The penalty is imposed if the worker makes a small mistake and now he/she will not get his salary for 3-15 Days.

The work we do is very interesting and it actually solves a lot of problem what it claims. It's not another gimmick start up that promises everything.

Salary can be improved given the pace at which things are moving, rewards are very essential

Awign is a welcoming place where people from different backgrounds come together. Employees get to work on various projects, grow in their career, and receive fair pay for their hard work. Work @ Awign can get busy and a bit stressful, but with teamwork and good task management, it remains manageable.

Appreciation and monetary benefits should be better. Offering better benefits and bonuses will make everyone feel more appreciated and create a happier, more successful workplace.
