Awign is a welcoming place where people from different backgrounds come together. Employees get to work on various projects, grow in their career, and receive fair pay for their hard work. Work @ Awign can get busy and a bit stressful, but with teamwork and good task management, it remains manageable.

Dislikes

Appreciation and monetary benefits should be better. Offering better benefits and bonuses will make everyone feel more appreciated and create a happier, more successful workplace.

In Awign, there isn't much to dislike. One thing to note is that they offer a lower market salary in comparison.

...ent. Expect getting a call at 11pm in the night to work on a sudden requirement. Compensation is less. Says alternative Saturdays are weekoffs but you you are manipulated into working on every Saturday.
