Dislikes

at time, salary are not disbursed on time. While the overall work culture is supportive some managers can be strict about leave approvals making it difficult to take time of when needed.

Likes

...days also no overtime pay or incentives, also no appreciation effirt and honest. Always cut some employee salary saying whole office performance not as expected and nobody getting variable this month. They can place employees go to different office locations with out requesting. I will not recommend to work unless here if only they give high salary and no have family responsibilities.

...h. He lost all data and my friends fnf didn't complete even 10 months after too. HR shouts if ask about pending salary after 2 months of notice, then accountant say all ex employee data abscound from hr data. They will force your leave atleast 1 or 2 month salary. Atlast hr say to call Accountant as poc as he don't have knowledge and ceo not approving pending salary.

1) Slow decision making , 2) Very cost conscious company , hence work loads on performers 3) Less mid level managers
