Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

What i like about my job is that i meet different people each and everyday and i like interacting with people, learning new skills and i am good with communication skills and when it comes to welcoming people (whether i know them or i don't) i am so good at it as i am the face of the company.

Dislikes

What i dislike about my job is going out to different areas and some are far for marketing as i'm not the sales person and my job for the day be left behind for hours i was not at the office.
