Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not adresses our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Sometimes, the workload is very high and tasks become repetitive with time. There is no work-life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd, and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company.
