I was deputed there as Implant HR under Adeeco India Pvt. Ltd. Under contract AVT is a excellent company and there work culture is very good. Employees Team work is excellent. Large opportunity to develop.

People who are in-charge of particular area doesn't act good,they won't share the correct information to the manager from field staff,career growth also dull

I had worked as engineering trainee for 2years at avt mccormick from 2019 to 2021..my overall experiece is very good..i had learned so much from there and thecompensation and benefit policies are excellent...

I would like to say that I'm fortunate to work with such a good company who wish to attain all the organisation goals and targets focusing through the priorities of good employee - organisational culture, work life balance ,People Friendly atmosphere holding strong base of best industry quality standards in all level of operations.

It would be great further by giving opportunities and exposure to the latest industry technologies to be adopted in all areas of operations and enhance the performance level both for organisation and people to the next level. Internal Performance review systems also has to be standardized and focused to identify the right talents.
