Career growth is very slowly. Salary slip not providing. Salary not receiving timely. There is no time limit towards work

Dislikes

Growth is very slowly. Work pressure is very high. Every day I have to work atleast 14-15 hours. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, also, there is no on-job training for fresher's hence Senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.
