Basically it's a Startup in Bangalore, i got opportunity to work as a Finance Executive and after 5 Years i got promoted to Senior Finance Executive, moreover the Work Timing is Peaceful. It's good for Freshers. Apart from all we have opportunity to learn all process.

No proper corporate culture is followed, no proper system is followed.

Good work environment and teammates are good to interact and very supportive and company management is very good any problem management take charge and job is very secure and about salary hikes are good and benefits are so good

Nothing to say any dislike but only about growth is not good

They are very practical and people open to ideas. However, business safety and continuity is paramount. However, if your plans and strategies can assure the above, you will be recognized and rewarded.
